You probably noticed all the amazing new dies I used on my projects.  They complemented this new release so splendidly and added that extra special touch to each project I made. I love them a lot!
I can't tell you how much fun I had playing with this new release. Normally the lead up to the festive season puts me in a panic. There is always so much to do and so little time to do it all.  But creating these projects had an almost calming effect on me.

Don't forget to head on over to the La-La Land Crafts Store to pick up all these fabulous stamps and dies for your Holiday creating! We can't wait to see what you make with them!!

The La-La Land Crafts blog is jammed full of inspiration from the Design Team using these new stamps and dies, so be sure to head over there for a look.  Scroll back a few posts to see what Team Monday had for show and tell as well, simply amazing!

Cheery Lynn Applique

It was my turn to do a step by step post for the Lime Tart blog this weekend.
I didn't have to look far for an idea, because my Cheery Lynn dies were on my desk.
I decided to try my hand at applique using the Judy's Blooms die.
I appliqued the fabric pieces directly onto my card.
Not being able to stop there, I then went on jazz up a couple of my girls singlets with various other dies.
If you would like to see the steps to how I created these projects, head over to the Lime Tart Blog for the full instructions.

While you are over at Lime Tart be sure to check out the April Gallery.  What the girls did with their kits this month was amazing.

Thanks for stopping by today.
I will be back again really soon.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Christmas is approaching fast!
I am normally more organised when it comes to presents and things, but this year I think it will be a bit of a mad rush.

The one thing I did want to achieve before Christmas this year was to make my Kaisercraft star wreath.
It has been sitting and waiting for a very long time to be made, and for the last few Christmases I have vowed to make it.

So I finally got motivated on the weekend and put it together.
Here is the end result
I didn't want to use the traditional red, green and white for my wreath, so I went with whites, creams and greys instead.
The papers are from Delish Designs Dulwich collection along with some gorgeous flocked paper.
I painted a few chipboard stars white and covered them in glitter glue. I also die cut a few little snowflakes from pearl paper to sprinkle around the place.
I had some Pink Paislee Parisian Element brackets sitting on my desk, so I had to find a place for them on my wreath.
I used cotton gauze all over and around the wreath and added it as a bow for a finishing touch..
I hope you like my little Christmas Wreath.
I had forgotten how fun it was to make OTP projects.
Who knows I might even do some more in the near future.

Until next time

Spellbinders banner.

Hi everyone.

I just thought I would pop back on and share this banner that I made for Miss Emily. I made this into a step-by-step project for Lime Tart.

Miss Kayla has also put her order in for one. But it has to be pink and purple apparently. Lucky they don't take too long to make.

For a full list of materials and instructions pop on over to the Lime Tart blog. There is always something to see there.

Thank you so much for dropping by.

Until next time

Back again!

Hi again!

I am on a blogging roll at the moment. Two posts in the one day...that must be a record for me lol.
Self praising aside, I thought I would pop back on and share a few bits and pieces that I made using Webster's Pages in the lead up to Christmas.

My Sister in-law asked me to make a wedding gift for her friend to display some of the wedding photos.
This is what I came up with.

It is made using various scraps of Webster's papers and one of the 7 Gypsies Printer trays.

I love this next layout of Miss Emily and I love the Life's Portrait range! The flower I made using the Tim Holtz Tattered Florals Die.

These next two projects were gifts for my Mother and Mother in-law.
I wasn't sure how this door hanger was going to come together, but I liked the end result. Don't you just love the WonderFall papers? The die cut paper provided the perfect base.

Finally is this set of three mini birdhouses. A few bits and pieces were used on this one.

I didn't take a photo of it, but there is also a little birds nest in the house on the right.

Phew, that was a lot of posting. But I hope you enjoyed looking through these projects.

Thanks for popping in.

Christmas Creations!

It is gallery release time again at Lime Tart!

I was so excited when I received the gorgeous Full Tart this month. It was filled with such beautiful festive colours that I just had to get into the Christmas spirit.

I started by making three layouts

This layout shows the kit isn't restricted to Christmas projects only

I still had supplies left so I then made a couple of cards

and a couple of tags

Would you believe I still had some supplies left, so I made this frame

and this wreath (the details for this wreath can be found on the Lime Tart blog here).

I was so inspired by this kit that I just wanted to keep on creating!! If you want some more inspiration be sure to check out the other gorgeous creations from the rest of the team in the December gallery.

Thank you so much for stopping by.
Take care
