Helloooo everyone.
How are we all on this lovely Friday? Well what a week it has been. Firstly I had another layout accepted by Scrapbooking Memories (yay). And then I received loads of happy mail. My Kaisercraft core kit arrived. OMG the people at Kaisercraft are so generous. I have loads of yummy paper, flowers, bling, felt and adhesives to play with. I was having heart palpitations when it arrived :) Then I also received my kit from Tarisota Collections. I was lucky enough for Mother's Day t0 get their "I want it All" Collection. It is a absolutley amazing kit, all very vintage and yummy. And because Australia Post had a bit of a mix up, Tamar is going to also give me access to two classes..how nice is that. Anyway not much scrapping going on here at the moment. I am getting ready to go and visit the family. So we will be offline for a week or two. I thought I would leave you with a very quick layout that I made the other night, it was inspired by the spring callout in SM. With temperatures dropping rapidly thoughts of Spring are more than welcome in my head at the moment. It is a fairly basic layout, but I still liked the way it turned out.Have a great weekend everyone. And I will be back really soon.
Take care

Hi Everyone.
I have had a little crafting bee in my bonnet lately, and it made me create this layout last night. This lovely photo is of my brother-in-law and his little girl. It truly is a priceless pic. The layout uses the lovely Grandiose paper from Kaisercraft, as well as Kaisercraft rub-ons, flowers and stamp.
Speaking of Kaisercraft, click here to see a sneak peek of their upcoming releases. They all look so yummy and I can't wait to have a play with them!
A big thanks also to the very talented and gorgeous Aga for giving me the following award. Thanks babe! I will pass it on soon (right now I have to pick my sleeping DD off the floor).
Have a great day everyone.

Good morning everybody. I hope this Monday finds you all happy and healthy. We still have the case of sniffles and coughs at the moment, but it should be clearing up soon (fingers crossed).
Today I am going to show you my entry for the special Owl Challenge over at Inkurable Stampers. I was one of 10 lucky ladies chosen to have a play with this very cute owl stamp from Orange Jelly Stamps. I had a few ideas for it, but in the end decided to make a quote book that I can write quotes that I like in.
Materials: Orange Jelly Owl Stamp, note book, Kaisercraft paper, Tim Holtz Distress ink and crackle paint, Collections Elements chipboard embellishments, texture paste, liquid pearls, Kaisercraft flowers, gauze, gold embossing powder and Ranger crackle Accents.
I quite like the way this turned out, something a bit new for me. Anyway a big thanks to Sue from Orange Jelly Stamps and Sarah for letting me have a play with this cute little stamp.
Have a great day everybody.
Take care

Hello Everyone! I hope you are all having a wonderful Saturday, and keeping warm in these rapidly declining temperatures.
Today I thought I would share with you a couple of things I have created using some of the gorgeous new A2Z Scraplets. The first is a layout using the cute little worm shape. I love this photo of Kayla, such a cute little bookworm.
Next are my very first ATCs using some lovely heart shapes. ATCs are addictive little things aren't they. I can see myself making quite a few more of these little babies.
Also don't forget that A2Z Scraplets are running a monthly sketch challenge. So be sure to drop by and give the challenge a go to be in the running for a great prize.
I will be back in the next few days with a few other creations, but until then i hope you all have a lovely weekend.
Take care

My First Kaisercraft DT Project

Hello everybody.
I hope you have all had a lovely Friday. Today I have my first project as a DT member for Kaisercraft to show you. It is a Mother's day card using the divine Garden Arabesque paper range. I have also added a Kaisercraft wooden flourish and Mother rub-on. I don't make a lot of cards, so when the email came asking for a card to be our first project I was a little nervous (to say the least). I think it turned out really nice though (the papers made it very easy to create something lovely). So hopefully the lucky recipient will love it and I hope you all like this first project as well. You can check out the other stunning cards created by the DT here.
So I am wishing all the Mother's out there a very happy day on Sunday. May it be filled with lots of love.
Thanks for stopping by.

Hello everybody.
Well what an exciting week it has been. Firstly to be announced as one of the new contributing DT members for Kaisercraft and then to see my Coffee Filter album finally in print (check out page 68 of Vol. 11 No. 3 Scrapbooking Memories). So after coming off that high I have some other creations to show you.
This first layout I have completed for one of the cybercrop challenges over at 123 Scrapbook.
The challenge was to use: Distressing
: painted background (I applied masking tape on the cardstock first and then painted over it to give some more texture)
: and strip journalling
I really love the way this one turned out. The fence/gate down the bottom I have cut from cardstock using a Glimmerscreen as a template.
This next layout is for a sketch challenge at Scrapbook Savvy.
This layout was for the Songbird Scraps challenge.
Finally as promised here is my double layout for the DT application. I usually avoid double layouts if I can help them, but I think this one turned out pretty good. It uses the gorgeous Mumma Bushka paper range from kaisercraft (that reminds me I need to buy some more lol).
So busy, busy here. I will be doing some more scrapping over the weekend, but that is using some of the gorgeous new A2Z Scraplets I have received so you will have to wait to see those.
Well I wish you all a lovely weekend.
Will be back to chat soon.
