Please welcome my new and totally adorable little niece Hayley Grace.

A huge congratulations to my big sis Cass, Captain Curt and the new big sister Ella.

 Isn't she precious!!  

I decided I wanted to make little Hayley something special, so I made this cute little jumpsuit for her using my Copic markers.
I have seen a few of these Copic coloured onesies around the internet, so just had to try making one for this special little girl.

I posted a step-by-step, materials and a few quick tips on how I made this jumpsuit on the Lime Tart Blog. Don't you you just love the Stripes the Zebra image from Kraftin' Kimmie, it was perfect for a little baby.

Not wanting to stop at just one creation I had to make this little shirt for Miss Em as well.

Well I am off to look at the photos of my precious little niece some more.  It is times like these when I wished we lived closer, so I could go and have a cuddle.

More Elaine Cox Images

There is no denying that I love the Elaine Cox images from Sweet Pea Stamps! Here are another couple of cards I have made using images from Elaine Cox's Sheet #18, Plate #133.

This card uses Alassa...I love this image

Next up is Darya...not too sure about the hair

 These images can be purchased on a full sheet or individually. Either way they are a great addition to your Sweet Pea Stamps collection.

Manly Men!

Manly Men...that is this weeks challenge over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge blog. So celebrate the men in our lives by creating a card using a Tiddly Inks image.

I will be honest and admit that I struggled a bit with this challenge because I don't really make male cards.  I am not sure why. Hmmm something to think about. I guess everything I do is very girly because I have been blessed with two little princesses. So I tried to the best of my abilities to pull together a male card and this is what I came up with.

In this card I used Take A Stand  and added my own words to the signs using Photoshop....gotta love digi images! 

So I hope you will join in with us for this weeks challenge, I would love to be inspired to make more manly cards from your gorgeous creations.

Mesmerizing Mirima

Hi everyone.

Thank you for dropping by my little space in blog land.  I come today with one of my latest Sweet Pea Stamps creations.

This gorgeous girl is an Elaine Cox image called Mirima.  It was something new for me to colour an image where the focus was just the face. So I went to my Lime Tart Copic Club folder for some tips and guidance. Her hair probably took the most time, but it is the part I love most about this image. I can't wait now to play with the rest of the images that came on this sheet.

A new adventure!

I am so excited to announce that I am one of the newest members of the Tiddly Inks Design Team. 

I was thrilled when I received an email from the very lovely Christy Croll asking me if I wanted to be a part of her fabulous team.  How could I refuse the chance to play with such cute images and work with an amazing bunch of ladies!

Lime Tart May Gallery!!

It is that time of the month again when the Lime Tart Gallery is filled with wonderful new projects!!

The kits sold out super fast this month, and who wouldn't want one they were simply gorgeous!

I got to play with the very lovely Full Tart, filled with all of its beautiful colours.

Here is what I came up with:

On This Day (gosh I can't believe that was ten years ago)

Chubby Bubby (how cute was our little Miss Em)

Helping Hand -the type of helping hand we didn't need lol.

Our Princess Kayla - how sweet is she.  The colour of this layout looks really flat compared to what it is in real life.

Dragonfly Diorama!!

The temperature is dropping, which means it is time to start staying in doors and rugging up.
It is also the perfect time to do some crafty projects.

I made this diorama card as a step-by-step project for Lime Tart last weekend.  To see the steps on how I made it click here.
