Sweet Pea Steampunk

Good morning everyone.

I am typing this with very cold hands this morning..brrrrr.

Today I have a couple of Sweet Pea Stamps cards to share with you all.  

I went a little bit steampunk with this first card.

And then I went monochromatic with the Cool Grey's in this next card.

Saturday Soot Stamping

What a busy week we have had.

It seems like I have been on the go all the time, but I haven't really accomplished anything major.

Another Tiddly Tuesday!!

The challenge for this week is...drumroll please.....

Sugar and Spice-create a sarcastic or humorous card with girls.

I made two cards for this weeks challenge. The first is an easel card that uses Annabelle

And next up is another card perfect for those people who hate the thought of birthdays and getting older.

This card uses Everyday Princess

Not too sure what I was thinking with the purple and green, I obviously was in a bright mood that day lol.

Lime Tart Gallery!!

Tiddly Tuesday

Hello.

I hope you are all having a fabulous Tiddly Tuesday.  I come today with another Tiddly Inks card.

This is Lilli Claire-Bloom little lilly.

Recently I have found a renewed love for my Pazzles cutting machine.  So I have been using it a lot.

This card was cut using my machine and the Sweet Cupcake Card from My Scrap Chick.

Lilli Claire looks so cute sitting up on top of that yummy cupcake...mmmmm cupcake!

This week over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge blog the challenge is......Simplify!! Oh this would be a tricky one for me. 

So grab your Tiddly Inks images and create a card with one layer (ribbon and twine are allowed).  Check out the site for more information and some fabulous samples from the Tiddly Inkers.

Hi everyone.

I hope you are all having a fabulous weekend. It was a nice morning here, but the temperature has dropped this afternoon. I thought I would do some sewing, but alas my machine does not want to play nice. So I have pulled out my markers and done some colouring instead.

How free and happy does this little girl look.

It is a Samantha Rawling's image from Sweet Pea Stamps.

I have masked the image and used distress ink for the background (weathered wood from memory).

This image has certainly brightened my day, I hope it does the same for you.

New Lime Tart Kits!

I am a bit late with this post, but the June Lime Tart kits were released on the first of this month. They are packed full of lovely things. The Half Tart and A la Tarte have already sold out!! I am not surprised though, all of the kits were fantastic. You still have a chance to grab the Full Tart, but you had better be quick if you want one!

I have been playing with the Half Tart this month.  I adore all of the gorgeous tones in this kit.  At first I thought it would be more suited to boys, but I have quickly discovered  that the papers are perfect for my little girls.

Especially for you

I recently received another package of Sweet Pea Stamps. I love when these little envelopes of happy mail arrive, because I know I will be immediately inspired to colour something.  This was certainly the case with this gorgeous Karen Middleton image.

This image is on Sheet #11, Plate #138. It comes with another beautiful image that you will see soon :)

I think my new favourite colour combo is green and pink going off my last two cards.  I will have to mix it up next time lol.

Make a wish..

Hi again.

I am back today to share another Tiddly Inks creation. There are so many cute and enchanting fairies to choose from as you browse the Tiddly Inks shop, but I simply could not resist this little beauty.

The name of this delightful image is Cast Your Spell. As this was a magical image I decided it needed a bit of fairy dust...(aka glitter).  This idea was inspired by the delightful Christy Croll's sample, which you will see when you visit the image in the shop.
